Owner FAQs

  • Does your office have an after-hours drop box?
    No, we don't. If you need to drop off rent or any other paperwork you'll need to come during our normal business hours.
  • How log will it take to rent my house?
    We are usually able to get a property rented within 7-30 days from the time the home is placed on the market and is in rent-ready condition. It will depend if the the property is or is not in an HOA community, and how long it takes the HOA approval process.
  • How will I know what my rental income nad expenses were each month?
    You will receive monthly statements via email around the middle of each month. The rental owner statement will have a summary of expenses and a detailed transaction list. Additionally, you will receive a year end rental owner statement and 1099-MISC form for your annual tax return.
  • What are the qualifications for rental applicants?
    You can see our rental qualifications on our Application Guidelines.
